One of favorite charities and local events - visit Hutto in early October for our Old Tyme Days. The TEXAN CAFE always sponsors an event for the local FFA - we rent a longhorn steer and they earn money by taking your picture on the steer - proceeds go for their animal contest entry fees.
Not just the same old chain restaurant with pre breaded - pre frozen product. We like to use our own unique recipes - cook from scratch - and bring back the old time flavors.
