| We Love Hippos!
The Hutto Veterinary Clinic is a proud sponsor of everything Hippo. The clinic contributes to Hutto school fundraisers, Hutto Olde Thyme Days, Hutto 4-H and FFA Booster Club, the Williamson County Museum Chisholm Trail Cattle Roundup and other activities. The clinic displays on the front porch its custom-painted Aggie hippo. The concrete Hippo was inside, but the canine clients mistook it for a fire hydrant. |
| Zoey visiting with Buddy :)
Zoey, a clinic client, visits with the clinic cat, Buddy, while she waits for her dental cleaning. Buddy is the official greeter and friend to all who come into the clinic, especially the biggest dogs. Buddy is telling Zoey how important it is to get her teeth cleaned by the vets. |
| Buddy the Receptionist
Buddy is our most helpful receptionist and would be glad to schedule your appointment. Buddy came to live at the clinic two years ago after he was abandoned on the front porch in the middle of the night inside a Budweiser Light box. He came to the clinic with a fish hook in one paw, and decided it was safer to sit at the computer. |
| Meet Betsy, our Geeter.
Betsy is another official clinic greeter, although she is not as outgoing as Buddy. Betsy was one of many kittens born two years ago on Dr. Hahn's farm, and then Betsy decided she would rather be a city cat. |
| Our Building
The Hutto Veterinary Clinic is at 665 W. Front Street, across from Hutto Fast Lube and a storage facility. It's down the street from Dollar General and the Hutto City Hall and Police Department. The facility was one of the first commercial buildings on Front Street in the year 2000. |

| Meet Zoey
A clinic patient, Zoey, a Brussels Griffon, is calmly waiting for Dr. Thurstin to perform her dental cleaning. The vets strongly recommend regular dental checkups. Cleanings are important to help prevent heart, kidney and liver problems that may occur as a result of infected gums or decayed teeth. |
| Nine Puppies
Client Marsha Montey tries to pose at least a few of the puppies from her litter of nine golden retrievers. Mrs. Montey raises the pups and never has a problem finding homes for dogs. |
| Nine Puppies Exam
Nine golden retriever puppies crowd an exam room waiting for Dr. Holmstrom to give them puppy shots and to perform exams. The six-week-old pups got their distemper/parvo shots and were examined for worms. Client Marsha Montey is diligent about taking care of her litters and finding them good homes. |
